Imaginasium announced today that Jennifer Fietz has become a minority shareholder, the initial step in a succession plan for the founder, owner, and current CEO,  Denis Kreft.

Fietz joined the strategic marketing firm in 2019, serving first as a Client Strategist and, for the past two years, as Vice President/Director of Account Planning. She will become the firm’s sole owner on January 1, 2025.

"As I look towards retirement, I’m thankful I’ve found someone I can confidently hand the reins of Imaginasium to," stated Denis Kreft. "The impact that Jen has made since day one has been remarkable. She has been instrumental in the re-invention of our organization’s pivot from Brand Development to Lead Generation, working with manufacturers in Wisconsin and the surrounding states. I'm excited for what the future holds for both Jen and the Imaginasium team as she plays a more prominent role in determining how we can make an even greater impact on our clients and culture."

“I’m delighted for the opportunity to partner with Denis,  to learn all I can about owning our company. I have a deep passion for helping our clients grow their businesses, forming real partnerships with them alongside our incredibly intelligent, resilient team of collaborators. I'm elated that the dream of leading our agency into its future has become a reality. ”

Fietz will continue to play an integral role with all key clients from a strategic account planning perspective in addition to her new duties as a shareholder.
