Belmark needed to hire more employees, and hire them quickly. Their business was growing at multiple locations across Wisconsin and Arizona, but their Careers Page was only connecting with 7 people each week.
We saw that Facebook and Instagram traffic was increasing at the time and created a strategy to meet people where they are. We evolved unique messaging paths, cross-referenced with location and conversion rates, augmented with ads on Spotify and LinkedIn – all with a goal of quality applications.
